Stress Matters event wellbeing survey now live

The Events Industry Insights Survey, a survey looking into wellbeing within the event industry conducted by Stress Matters in collaboration with the University of Herfordshire, is now live.

The working group for the survey includes: Allan Jepson, the chair of the Association for Events Management Education (AEME) and senior lecturer and researcher at the University of Hertfordshire; Raphaela Stadler, senior lecturer in Event Management, Tourism and Hospitality also at the University of Hertfordshire; Trudie Walters, president of the Australia and New Zealand Association for Leisure Studies and research fellow in the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand; and the Stress Matters team led by Laura Capell-Abra, founder of Stress Matters. 

The group intends on reaching 500 respondents from across the industry, and will also be conducting interviews with event industry professionals to note changes in attitudes and approaches to wellbeing. 

The results of the research will be shared with the industry and will continue to inform the Stress Matters pledge scheme which supports businesses that want to assess and improve the wellbeing of their teams whilst being accredited based on their progress.
