Make Venues recognised for commitment to protecting staff and guests
Make Venues has become one of the first hospitality businesses in the UK to achieve ISO 45001, the world’s international standard for occupational health and safety.
The accreditation is issued to protect employees and visitors from work-related accidents and diseases. The accreditation aims to highlight the company’s investment in its people, infrastructure and customer services.
David Vaughton, managing director, Make Venues, said: “Our commitment to protecting and supporting both our staff and customers is not something new. Our people and our clients have always been at the heart of everything we do, however, it is great to have this continually recognised.
“As we return to normality, we want people to understand that they are in safe, experienced hands and receiving outside accreditation such as this should reassure people further.”
