London Tech Week still Connects

London Tech Week Connects, which has been running online, 9-12 June, over a combination of Zoom and event management platform Grip, has helped to keep brand momentum going given the full physical event has had to be postponed until September.

The four June days of virtual sessions have included speeches about women in business by US Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, and Cherie Blair QC.

The London Tech Week event proper, now slated for September, will be mainly virtual, although organisers hope some people will be able to attend in person.

Established to promote London as Europe’s tech capital, the event attracted 58,000 attendees to over 300 events in 2019.
