Institute of Event Management asks eventprofs to complete survey

The Institute of Event Management (IEM) has made a final call for contributions for its Workforce Survey.

The survey has been designed by the IEM in collaboration with the Association for Events Management Education, Cardiff Metropolitan University, Glasgow Caledonian University, the University of the West of England, the University of Suffolk and Liverpool John Moores University.

The aim of the survey is to gain a clearer picture of the size and scope of the events sector in the UK and the roles and responsibilities that are currently incorporated across all event sectors. As the landscape continually evolves, so too does the requirement for new and updated skills within the workforce. Therefore, the survey also aims to understand these skills and how they are developing and changing.

The survey has been designed with a range of answer options and spaces for feedback and takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. It will close on 1 October.
