The Creative Engagement Group expands its creative department

The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG), a group of communication companies, which includes WRG Live, has hired three new senior creative directors, which it says will “strengthen its creative output” in Europe and the US.

Alex McDonnell will join as a content creative director in London, by using his experience in developing stories and films. McDonnell was previously a creative director and head of film for the London content agency Evidently, which included clients such as Dove, Lifebuoy, Unilever, Sanofi Genzyme and Battersea Power Station.

Paul Fidler will also join TCEG as a live creative director. Recently, Fidler was an associate creative director at brand experience agency Wasserman. Fidler worked with clients such as Nike, Bacardi, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Martini, Vodafone, Sky, HP and Formula One.

He has also worked at agencies FKC and Crossing O’Sullivan, where he has made broadcasts, commercial and corporate content for brands including Virgin Media, Papa John’s, Old Spice, M&S, Panasonic, Technics and TATA Steel.

GassJessica Meek will join TCEG’s Philadelphia office, where she will take on the role of a live creative director for the US. Meeks was previously a creative director for the San Francisco office of London agency Instinctif Partners, where she built creative engagement programs, events and experiences.

Meek has worked with clients such as GoPro, Tesla, eBay, and Timbuk2. She also has previously held positions at agencies including Jack Morton Worldwide and George P Johnson.
