The Black Professionals Leadership Conference goes virtual

The Black Young Professionals (BYP) Network Leadership Conference will take place virtually from 28-29 October 2021.

The theme of the conference is #CollaborationIsKey, which aims to debut the strategic partnerships BYP have worked on across industries, seniority, countries and communities.

The BYP Network was founded after 2016's Black Lives Matter protests by former Great Britain Athlete, Kike Oniwinde, with the aim to harness and elevate the status of Black professionals and promote equality in the workplace. The network also aims to connect Black professionals and students.

The virtual conference has confirmed over 60 speakers including will.i.am, as well as over 40 sessions for attendees to take part in.

Session topics include: ‘Opening Your Doors of Business’, ‘Taking Your Local Network to Global Heights’, ‘Progression X The Collective Diaspora’, 'The Secret Behind Fundraising’ and more.
