Trading turnover at the venue increased by 21% to £35.1m, and EBITDA increased by 27% to £4.9m.
Chairman Oliver Ginon said: "The strength of our team's engagement contributed to the good business momentum at the start of the year."
The new fund comes from Astarte Capital Partners, and will also fund education and healthcare
