EXCLUSIVE: This is the first image of new meeting facilities at a major tourist venue. The operator of the Brighton i360, designed by the London Eye architect Marks Barfield, has unveiled plans for conference and events rooms, for 10 to 1,000 guests. The venue will be able to cater for full banquets, private dining, drinks and canapés receptions, with menus serving delicious food from Sussex’s larder created by MasterChef: The Professionals Winner, Steven Edwards, who is working in partnership with the venue’s caterer Centerplate.
