TRO invests in its people
Shared experience agency TRO has developed its internal people initiatives and its external acquisition strategy to attract new, diverse talent.
“Our people are what makes us the agency we are; the experiences we provide our employees feeds into the experiences we create for our clients and their consumers,” said Kirsty Finding (pictured), talent director, TRO.
School of Experience and Shadow Committee
Therefore, the agency is about to launch its first TRO School of Experience placement programme. The programme aims to help the agency attract new talent with diverse experiences and backgrounds into the industry.
“It’s imperative to us that we continue to build teams that are representative of the broader audiences we are trying to reach. We have developed the programme to suit students and those who are looking to change career,” said Finding.
“Our new application format through beapplied.com ensures there is an unbiased process, where no CVs are needed. Applications are based on work scenario questions only,” she explained.
TRO is also creating a TRO Shadow Committee, where it will invite people from around the business to work through business challenges and present their solutions to its senior leadership team.
“Bringing different perspectives will help mould the future of our industry,” Finding added.
