The DEN Tech Summit has been rebranded to The Global Event Tech Summit, as Digital Event News has now been absorbed into the Conference News brand.

As a result, the Tech Summit will become a Conference News event and will take place from 22-23 November at De Vere Horsley Estate. Our platinum sponsors so far include Totem, Hubilo, EventsAIR, and Swapcard.

If you are looking to attend the summit or want to find out more about the event and its sponsorship opportunities, visit The Global Event Tech Summit page or email cnevents@mashmedia.net.

What to expect

Commenting on the summit, Jack Newey, group portfolio director, Conference News and International Confex, said: “Following a hugely successful launch event last November, we have rebranded and renamed to the Global Event Tech Summit for its second edition. The event will be a fantastic opportunity for event planners to learn from key industry figures and share knowledge about all things event technology.

“As we move away from a simple mindset of virtual vs live, we need to start taking a holistic approach to events, with digital strategies becoming part of the process when delivering for clients.”

He added: “This event will deliver two days of networking and content to explore the best practices when it comes to digital strategies, implementing new technologies, utilising social media and maximising event engagement.”

Conference News will now feature content that would previously be on Digital Event News, the quarterly print publication and website focused on virtual and hybrid events.

The Digital Event Awards will not be rebranded and will take place in 2023, with a specific date and venue to be announced.
