Iscoyd Park reveals new platform

Iscoyd Park, a wedding and events venue, has announced its new event management platform, Hostology.

Hostology launched at the beginning of February 2020 and is currently offering a free 30-day trial to interested venues.

It aims to be the central hub for each event collaborator, including venues, customers, suppliers and guests. It will also provide venues with an online tool to simplify their workflows and communications.

The platform intends to provide an efficient planning process and an improved customer service experience. For example, Hostology will include a dietary requirement and a room allocation section. This will allow guests to note their specific allergens and to pay directly.

Couples will be able to use the platform to share the planning process and to manage guests and suppliers, which will allow them to track the progress of their event.

Phil Godsal, owner and director, Iscoyd Park, commented: “Hostology is something we have been working on for several years and there is nothing else like it out there. We are excited to finally share it with other venues. Hostology is an absolute game changer for us in terms of communication, streamlining and systemising workflows and ultimately makes planning a wedding a much more enjoyable experience for our couples.”
