Identity expands senior team with two new appointments

Identity, recently awarded Best Large Agency of the Year at the CNAA's, has expanded its senior leadership team.

Nicola Bateman-Phillips has over 20 years’ experience leading award-winning teams in events, media and marketing services. Bateman-Phillips joins as Identity’s growth director and most recently led the Maritime, Energy and Agra business at Informa Plc.

Joining as people and culture director is Mary Carter-Lee, who has experienced over 20 years in HR in sectors including hospitality, health and manufacturing. Carter-Lee has managed HR teams at brands including Parker Pen and the Royal Automotive Club.
