Aventri acquires mobile and cloud tech company ITN International

Event management software company Aventri has announced the acquisition of ITN International, which provides NFC, mobile and cloud-based technology.

ITN is a full-service organisation, providing solutions for online technology, services, reporting and analytics, as well as NFC and RFID badging. The acquisition allows Aventri to broaden its tech and service offerings, expanding its global reach.

Oni Chukwu, CEO of Aventri, said: “The acquisition of ITN as a global provider of cloud-based event management solutions is a major growth opportunity for Aventri. With this acquisition, Aventri will significantly extend the mission-critical technology solutions it offers enterprise customers which they need to execute exceptional, profitable events worldwide.”

This is the fourth acquisition Aventri has made in the past three years, and it follows their recent rebrand and the majority investment by private equity firm HGGC. These major advancements continue to position them as the fastest-growing player in the $6 billion EMS industry.

Steve Young, co-founder and managing director of HGGC, said: “HGGC chose to invest in Aventri because we believed in their team and their dedication to offering the market a data-driven platform to grow an organization’s revenue around events.

“The decision to bring ITN into the fold will only accelerate Aventri’s growth over the competition with even more innovation to gather data and drive growth around events.”
