Absolute Corporate Events take part in ‘Colour Rush’ to raise money for homeless

The team at Absolute Corporate Events will be taking part in a ‘Colour Obstacle Rush’ in Sheffield this June, to raise money for homeless charity The House of St Barnabas.

The charity exists to help create a fair and equal society, whilst breaking the cycle of homelessness through its integrated employment academy.

The team will run a 5km obstacle course set up at The Rother Valley Country Park. Alongside being doused with coloured powder, the obstacle course also involves foam, water balloon fights and more.

Andrew Moffatt, director of income at The House of St Barnabas said: “We’re delighted that Absolute Corporate Events are fundraising for our work, supporting homeless people into lasting employment.

“Many of our participants actively want to change their lives and can only do so with support offered by our members and through wonderful fundraising initiatives such as this.”

Chris Parnham, MD of Absolute Corporate Events said: “We love working with HOSB, as we share their passion for helping London’s homeless back into paid employment. Their inclusive and proactive culture matches our own, so we are able to work very smoothly as a team.

“When my team decided to do the Colour Rush, it was an obvious opportunity for us to raise much needed funds for our beloved charity. I hope that our friends and our fans will support us and donate kindly.”
