On 25 January the AEO Forums returned to the Business Design Centre, once again holding event industry content in three specific streams: ops, marketing and sales.
AEO chair Austen Hawkins opened the event, followed by a fantastic keynote from Karen Blackett on 'unlocking and understanding the customer' and a discussion on the leaders of tomorrow featuring Chris Ginnelly, managing director - Sandler Training Lou Kiwanuka, founder & owner - OpShaper and Marilyn Jarman, director - Espresso Marketing.
The ops, marketing and sales professionals then spit into their specific streams, before reuniting at the end of the day for a closing keynote from Lee Warren entitled 'How to persuade anyone to do anything - well, almost!'.
Chris Skeith, CEO of the AEO, commented: “Lee Warren’s closing keynote was the icing on the cake. It was the end of a busy day but everyone in the room got involved in Lee’s persuasion techniques, it was a fantastic way to lead into the networking drinks.”
The event was followed by networking drinks hosted by The Exhibition Network.
