We hold our RGM Fest every year, it is our annual opportunity to get all our Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) and other key stakeholders from across the UK and Ireland together. Each year there is around 1,400 to 1,500 participants and the majority of these are RGMs, who are the main audience.
