BCD Meetings & Events brings in the experience
John Kelly has been appointed to oversee marketing for BCD Meetings & Events’ (BCD M&E) Europe, Middle East and Africa regions, in particular he will be responsible for driving client awareness of the expanding brand across the region. He will also help drive awareness of BCD M&E’s focus on strategic meeting management, Life Sciences, large-scale creative productions and product launches.
Kelly joins BCD M&E as the organisation asserts its credentials as a major global meetings and events agency. Having recently announced its acquisition of Grass Roots Meetings and Events, BCD M&E is set to be a global creative and buying powerhouse for face-to-face marketing, events and incentives now boasting over 600 employees across EMEA.
He’ll be responsible for the implementation of the marketing messages that will be activated through thought leadership, creative digital campaigns and sponsorship opportunities with targeted audiences. He will also be responsible for the continued communications and brand development of Fast Forward 15, the award winning mentoring scheme conceived and delivered annually by Fay Sharpe.
Prior to BCD M&E Kelly has held high profile roles within the meetings and events industry and is recognised for marrying his deep-rooted knowledge of the sector and it’s influencers with a creative and engaging edge.
