Eventfolio launches a multi-event marketing and personalisation platform for organisers
London-based event tech company eventfolio has launched a new platform for multi-event management and personalisation.
Visitors at International Confex at Olympia London earlier this week were the first to see the cloud-based platform and how it can enable organisers, event agencies and brands manage and market multiple events from one place.
eventfolio offers a series of standard event management tools such as an event website builder and email marketing platform, but adds in attendee profiling and personalisation.
Founded by Alex Skinner, eventfolio is based on years of experience building bespoke integrated event systems, predominantly for the membership association sector. Eventfolio is targeting the niche for high-end requirements where clients need to manage and market multiple events to a large number of repeat delegates.
“We know that to get users to really engage with a system, the integration needs to be seamless and the whole experience needs to feel effortless and polished,” explains eventfolio’s MD Scott Cole. “It’s accepted in most event sites that there’s a separate registration page away from the main site, but it was crucial to us that registration takes place within the event website, so that the experience for the user feels cohesive.”
