38 Grosvenor Square launches with a bang
Celebrating the arrival of Venue Lab’s latest Mayfair addition to their growing portfolio, exclusively-invited guests gathered for the launch party of 38 Grosvenor Square. 150 VIPs including Press, event specialists and industry experts entered the Grade II* listed townhouse to enjoy a night of fresh ideas and refined elegance. Admiring floor-to-ceiling views over the halcyon greenery of
Grosvenor Square, the atmospheric evening began with a colourful cocktail reception as guests were animatedly welcomed into the venue.
Set across the venue’s 4 main event rooms, the entire building came alive with warm lighting, plants and a series of themed food stations. Sipping upon custom-designed tipples which reflected the venue’s heritage as the former Indonesian Embassy, mixed by catering sponsor Create, the evening’s floral theme was tasted by all through flavours of Jasmine, Gin and Mint. Next, guests took to interactive gastronomy stations to enjoy a selection of delicious Pan-Asian canapés including salmon ceviche with fennel salad, curry cured sea bass and coconut-turmeric pancakes with pickled carrot and tempeh.
Tarek Gjonnes, managing director of Venue Lab said “I couldn’t be more pleased to see so many people enjoy 38 Grosvenor Square tonight. After 6 months of transforming the building from a worn-looking embassy to a breathtaking new Mayfair space, it’s wonderful to watch the venue come to life. Tonight’s launch party is testament to our team’s hard work and the further support Venue Lab has received from the wider Vibration Group”.
