Miss London Concierge: 3 new venues to try

Miss London Concierge’s Emily Morbey with three capital tip-offs

A new venue is always sought after and it’s excellent news for eventprofs to have a new option to throw into the mix for their client or boss. 2018 gave us some brilliant new venues. Here are just a few of my favourites.

1

Leake Street

Located in the underground world of Waterloo Station, The Vaults boasts nine arches to choose from and is fully licensed. The Vaults is an ideal venue for both corporate and private events varying in size and also boast a brilliant in-house catering and events team to really bring your
event to life.

We love this quirky space with its street gallery and graffiti style, so if you are looking for something bold, unusual and interesting, this brilliantly located space is definitely worth checking out.

Puttshack

Described as the world’s only ‘super-tech’ mini-golf centre, this 750-capacity venue opened in April 2018 and has been incredibly popular. Miss London Concierge was lucky enough to be one of the first agencies to be invited for a hard hat tour. Puttshack has taken the traditional game of mini-golf and fused it with space-age technology to create an experience never seen before. It is a joint venture from the brains behind ping pong venue Bounce and global phenomenon, Topgolf.

Mrs Fogg’s

Opening its doors in September 2018, Mrs Fogg’s, part of the Mr Fogg’s collection is a unique new venue space with an Indian Twist. Inspired by Mr Fogg’s better half Aouda, this venue is spread across two floors and has three separate private spaces.

Our favourite space has to be the Rangoon Steamer – a life-size version of the boat that Aouda and Phileas Fogg entered London on. Seating up to 40 passengers, the ship is complete with chandeliers as well as its own private bar.
